- Heat your grill to medium temperature
- If chicken breasts haven't been marinate3e in oil, brush then lightly with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
- Grill 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned
- Reduce heat and cover grill
- Continue cooking 2-3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the middle. Do not overcook or chicken will be dry
- If chicken breasts haven't been marinated in oil, pour 1 tbsp, Roasted Garlic Infused Oil into a large skillet; heat over medium high heat
- Add chicken breasts, cook about 1 minute
- Turn breasts over; reduce heat to low and cover
- Cook 10 minutes without lifting the lid
- Turn off the heat; let breasts rest an additional 10 minutes in the covered pan
