How To Grill or Saute Chicken Breasts Properly

Grilling

  1. Heat your grill to medium temperature
  2. If chicken breasts haven't been marinate3e in oil, brush then lightly with Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
  3. Grill 1-2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned
  4. Reduce heat and cover grill
  5. Continue cooking 2-3 minutes on each side or until no longer pink in the middle.  Do not overcook or chicken will be dry
Sauteing

  1. If chicken breasts haven't been marinated in oil, pour 1 tbsp, Roasted Garlic Infused Oil into a large skillet; heat over medium high heat
  2. Add chicken breasts, cook about 1 minute
  3. Turn breasts over; reduce heat to low and cover
  4. Cook 10 minutes without lifting the lid
  5. Turn off the heat; let breasts rest an additional 10 minutes in the covered pan
