QWhat is Simply Stocked?
A.  Simply Stocked is our new auto-delivery program!  You can enroll online to receive your favorite standard line products either monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly.

QWhen is Simply Stocked available to me, the customer?
A.  March 1, 2011

WHO

QWho can sign up to receive Simply Stocked orders?
A.  Because Simply Stocked orders involve agreeing to terms and conditions, and because a recurring payment is required, only clients/customers can sign up to receive Simply Stocked orders.  Consultants cannot sign up their customers.

HOW IT WORKS

Q Is there a minimum order for the Simply Stocked Auto-Delivery Program?  Or a limit to the number of products customers can buy?
A.  Not at all!  Whether a client wants to automatically receive two products or 20, it's completely up to them/you.

Q Is there a membership or annual fee with this program?
A.  No, we're proud to offer this convenient service to our clients at no extra charge.  It's just another convenient way for clients to get their favorite Tastefully Simple products delivered to your door!

Q.  Can the program be cancelled at anytime?
A.  Absolutely.  There's no obligation or annual requirement.  To cancel a client/customer simply updates their preferences in the online "My Account" area.  Or, if they need assistance they can work with their consultant (Jamie Volner) or contact Tastefully Simple toll-free at 866.448.6446 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.  Remember, they can also change their product selections and delivery options at any time if they'd like to receive some product less frequently.

PRODUCTS

Q.  What are the delivery options?
A.  Clients/customers can choose every month, two months or three months.  Plus, they can change their delivery schedule anytime if you'd like to receive your favorite products more frequently or less often.

Q.  What are the shipping charges for the program?
A.  There is no additional fee- standard shipping charges will apply.

Q.  If client/customer moves, how do they update their shipping information for deliveries?
A.  They simply log in the online "My Account" area to update billing or shipping information or work with consultant (Jamie Volner) and/or contact Tastefully Simple toll-free 866.448.6446 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.

BILLING INFORMATION

Q.  Can clients/customers charge their credit card information at any time?
A.  Yes.  To update billing information log in the online "My Account" area to update billing or shipping information or work with consultant (Jamie Volner) and/or contact Tastefully Simple toll-free 866.448.6446 during regular business hours Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.
